We will discuss your needs and specifications for creating the piece.
 

A quote as to the cost will provided and agreed upon.​
 

A clear timeline will be established.

6 – 8 weeks is a typical timeline, depending on the complexity of the design.
 

Drawings or a model will be shown to the customer for initial approval. This is also the time to make minor modifications if needed.
 

Major changes may incur additional fees. This would be clarified and discussed BEFORE any work takes place.
 

Upon approval of the model, the jewelry will be created and finished.
 

The finished piece will go through final approval with the customer before shipping.

Communication by phone or e-mail concerning your wish to return, receive credit, or exchange merchandise should occur within 10 days of receiving the purchase.

Receipt of merchandise should arrive within 10 additional days,  equaling 20 days in total to:

All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt.
 

The jewelry must be in its original condition.
 

Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. 
 

Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

Custom-made pieces are ineligible for a refund due to an elaborate approval process. 

Once you sign up for a Workshop, you can cancel up to 2-weeks before the class.
 

However, once you receive your handout through e-mail, cancellation is no longer an option.
 

You are more than welcome to sell your spot for the workshop. You are responsible for all aspects of the sale and would need to send Holly the forwarding details and the e-mail of the new student attending.
 

Tutorials will arrive by e-mail, and they are not refundable and may not be shared or transferred due to copyright.
